Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Lakeland - I-4

When arriving the young man working the front desk was very pleasant and respectful. I can not remember hus name. We complemented him on his customer service skills. Would also like to mention Fabienne. She was also very pleasant and her interaction with my mother in law when they started to speak in French. I was wide eyed because I did not know my mother in law spoke French. Thanks also to Jaylene and Tabitha. We will make Extended stay are first choice when we have guest visiting from out of town for there visit. Forgot to mention that this visit was for my mother in law that was in town for her husband's planned surgery. Wanted to make sure she was comfortable and we picked the right place for her. She was very comfortable.

Pool was open 8am-8pm. Breakfast a lifesaver. Provided pot and pan so we could cook

The hotel was much better than what we expected. It was located in a very pleasant part of town with easy access to good roads. The room was the only part of the hotel that we used. It was excellent. We were gone early in the morning and didn't return until late in the evening. The room was quiet even though the parking lot was full.

Room was clean. Plenty of linens; asked for dishes and were received in a timely manner. Ample parking and restaurants in the vicinity

The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants. It was cozy and felt like home. I loved that the inside and outside was clean.
